I am just amazed at how many fun local events we have in and around our community. The Slice of Shoreview is back this year from July 23-25, 2021 at Island Lake County Park! This community event is packed with fun: from a parade, Chalk Art in the Street, Art in the Park, Kids Klimb and Bungee Trampoline, a food court, live entertainment, Bingo, Carnival rides and games, a petting zoo, visit the Lake Johanna Fire Department Open House, Kid's Create, have fun on a slip and slide, face painting, Shoreview Tour de Trails, vendors, sand volleyball tournament, classic car show parade, classic car show, running of melons, raptor center and of course we can't forget the fireworks. We also can'r forget about Marketfest in downtown White Bear Lake. Marketfest runs 6:00-9:00 pm on Thursdays, now – August 5, 2021. This fun event takes place in rain or shine.
From festivals and fairs, to music and movies in the park, farmers markets, puppet shows, water parks and splash pads, summer camps, fireworks and so much more. Our summers in Minnesota are jam packed with family fun.
