Hello Friends,
Sunday is the 4th of July and it has always been a wonderful day of the year for my family and I. Along with celebrating our country we also celebrated my mom's birthday with a family picnic, day of outdoor games, and togetherness and ended the day with fireworks. Since she has passed away it is kind of a difficult day but we have all chosen to continue celebrating her. She was such an amazing person who I miss on a daily basis. Moms are so important in our lives and keeping her memories and living the sort of life she would be proud of is my goal. I want to be the kind of person she was. She loved her family and she wanted us to be happy. She was a caregiver and loved my dad beyond words and he loved her back the same way. My parents were significant role models for my siblings and I and we learned lifelong lessons through their love. While her presence is very much missed her spirit is alive in all of us.
