Weekly Publisher Note, May 27- June 3, 2021

Welcome,

With a long weekend ahead what will you all be doing? Many people get together with family and friends for a barbeque or extra time to work around the house. While Memorial Day gives many of us an extra day off it is important that we commemorate all the loved ones we have lost by their fighting for our country. These individuals have selflessly fought for each and every one of us. I am forever grateful for all of these heroes. Heroes is what they are to me and I appreciate their sacrifices, their pride and dedication to our country, their tireless acts while in the United States Armed Service to keep us safe from harm. Thanks to the families that are honoring a lost loved one but also thanks to all that continue to fight for our country.

Have a wonderful remainder of the week!

Coronavirus Update!
Click here to read about updated Minnesota orders.
It is important that we follow the guidelines set out by our government officials. Here is a great handwashing video to help prevent diseases like the Coronavirus. Here is a link to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention for information regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and more at Whitehouse.gov and the Minnesota Department of Health.

Calendar update for Macaroni Kid - White Bear Lake, Shoreview, Roseville
I have been adding virtual and in person local events to our calendar as in person events start to open back up. I struggle with the fact that we are a source for events but yet to be safe, large group events are unsafe for the [andemic at this time. I will continue to add both virtual and in-perons events as they safely open back up but please know that it is solely up to you as a family obviously to make the decision on whether you feel safe for your family to attend. The changes we are experiencing at this time seems to evolve by the day. I am not the source to learn about those changes due to COVID-19 but I do want to say that I am doing my best to bring to you  events and activities that are occurring as we all navigate through the uncertainty of this world we live in at this time. With spring there is hope. Let's hope that we all move in a better direction.

I will be sharing resources on our Facebook Page too so be sure to check it out.
Love your family, take care of you. Stay healthy, safe, and happy and have a joyful week.
