Ingredients:
1 tomato
2 - 3 basil leaves or 5-6 smaller leaves
Balsamic Vinegar
Olive Oil
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese balls (I used marinated mozzarella cheese balls from the deli section)
Directions:
1. Cut up the tomato and the basil leaves into pieces or leave the smaller ones whole.
2. Cut the fresh Mozzarella Cheese balls into pieces.
3. Combine the above ingredients together in a bowl.
4. Sprinkle the Balsamic Vinegar and the Olive Oil over mixture to taste.
5. Enjoy!
