Serve corn on the cob to a crowd with this easy crock pot preparation.

- 8-10 ears of shucked and cleaned corn
- 1/4 cup water
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
For seasoning the corn after cooking:
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, finely chopped, or other herbs you enjoy (dill, scallions, etc.)
Directions:
- Place corn in slow cooker with the 1/4 cup water. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 1/2-3 hours, or until corn is bright yellow and tender.
- Remove corn and drizzle with lemon juice, melted butter and herbs.
Serve and enjoy!
