Shepherd of the Hills Preschool is an outreach ministry of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, located in Shoreview, whose Mission Statement is to reach, ignite and empower people for Jesus. The preschool was formed to reach out in the community by providing a quality preschool education program within a Christian environment for children and their families.
At Shepherd of the Hills Preschool children have the opportunity to experience multi-generational activities with our senior groups, enjoy playing outside and exercising in our large motor room, listen and check out stories in the library, and experience play throughout centers in the classroom.
An awesome aspect of our program is that our curriculum is theme based. Our classroom transforms every month to go with our weekly themes. Our students are always excited to see what’s new at preschool!
The overwhelming support not only from our families here in Preschool, but also from our congregation ensures that we provide a friendly and safe environment for our children.

- Preschool Openings still available for 2014-15 School Year
We are now enrolling for the 2014-15 school year! Please tell your friends and neighbors to see our beautiful space, meet our staff and learn more about our Christian-based preschool program. We will be accepting children from 33 months-ï¬ve years old. All children must be potty-trained before school starts.
