I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and enjoyed some family time. I am grateful that I was able to spend the long weekend with my family and friends. Now, we are on to December. Can you believe it? Time for the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. Be sure to find some time for yourself and don't be so hard on yourself if everything doesn't get crossed off your list of to do's. Last year was the first year that I was able to give up some of the many items on my lists and go with the flow. I have to say that while this is far from my nature it sure was much more enjoyable than getting so worked up about everything getting done. I think as moms we set such high standards for ourselves and many times unrealistic expectations and while we all know we are super moms it is ok to give yourself a break and enjoy the holidays too.
