Lauren Anderson grew up in Chaska, MN and started ice skating at 7 years old. After watching the Winter Olympics, Lauren fell in love with ice skating. It became her passion and she practiced everyday. Before school, after school, she even slept in her skating clothes! All her hard work paid off when she auditioned for Feld Entertainment and joined the cast of Disney on Ice right out of high school in 2007. She describes working with the cast of over 40 skaters from all over the world as "one big family."
In Dare to Dream Lauren's role is Cinderella. You will see the classic stories of Cinderella and Snow White along with a few news ones from Tangled and The Princess and the Frog. There is so much going on in this show including an aerial performance from Rapunzel and a spectacular Finale with all the characters.
She enjoys being able to travel the world. One of her favorite places that she has preformed at was Argentina. Lauren is really looking forward to be back in Minnesota this December. Winter is one of her favorite seasons and is hoping to see snow covering the tree branches and really looking forward to going sledding with her family.
