The Twin Cities NE Metro Just Between Friends Community Sale is back this October 9-11! Area families will again have an opportunity to buy and sell gently-loved children’s items and help give back to the community in the process through charitable donations.

Just Between Friends (JBF), North America’s leading maternity and children’s consignment sales event franchise, is here to stay! The sale, which offer families a unique opportunity to Sell, Shop and Save on all they need for their Children will be holding its second sale of the Year, Oct 9-11 at the Vadnais Sports Center at 1490 East County Road E in Vadnais Heights.
“Area Families have a great opportunity to earn money on items they already have in their kids’ rooms, while at the same time other families shop and save money,” Klipsic said. “This is something good for the community in many ways, because it helps people who may not be able to afford to buy brand new items from the store. At JBF they can find items that are gently loved or even still have the tag on them well below retail. Consignors have the opportunity to earn up to 75% on their sales too and then donate unsold items to local charities as well.”
JBF’s goal with each event is to help area families make and save money, as well as give back to the community through admissions, item donations and community volunteer hours and giving. Charitable Partnerships include: Arc of the Greater Twin Cities, Autism Speaks, the White Bear Lake Area Food Shelf and more.
Just Between Friends’ Sales are set-up like a well-organized, children’s retail store. All clothing is inspected and hung on gender-specific racks, by size. Toys, baby equipment, books, furniture and almost anything else that you would need to raise a child can be found by looking for the brightly-colored signage on neatly displayed tables, bins and open floor space for larger items. Each Items is tagged by consignors with an online barcoding system, which allows them to track their sales during the event. In addition, the barcoding system also allows for easy check-out for shoppers- Each Shopper receives a detailed sales receipt along with the option to pay with cash, Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
“There will be savings to be found by every family,” Klipsic added. “Our assortment includes a wide variety of sizes and items to help out all families, no matter the age. We even have presales for those first-time parents just starting out, as well as a foster parent, First-time grandparent, military family and teacher presale.” *Presales require registration on the JBF website
Just Between Friends also ensures all items sold at its sale are safe and not on the CPSC recall list. In addition, this year the sale in White Bear Lake/Vadnais Heights is offering a Special “Buy Back” Program for Recalled Graco Strollers
· Graco no longer provides repair kit for Graco Alano, Passage or Spree strollers/travel systems
· JBF providing $25.00 gift certificates at thier event in exchange for the strollers
